Definitely not either of them. You can see their faces quite clearly in the upscaled version of the video. The brunette's nipples are different to Nicole Lenz's. Both these women have tattoos - the blonde has one on her arm, and the brunette has a small one on her groin.

Fun fact: this was likely filmed in August 2002, because there's an ad for the DVD release of an Arnie film called Collateral Damage, which was released around that time.
