She's from the Netherlands, she def knows how to speak English. I think she just doesn't want people identifying her nationality through her accent, which I think it's fair

She's spoken in english on her tiktok before, it seems to me she's more of a control freak with her content and specially with her identity. She's blurred her face meticulously on almost every explicit video to this day and she also cuts the sound when she or her bf say something. Hell, she'll even cut out the sound of her queefs which at this point makes no sense to me but that's the level of detail of her editing lol. I wish she would dirty talk/show her face a little but given the context it might be hopeless.

It is hopeless. Her videos are few and far between that it is best to just move onto someone else with the same body shape.
