I suspect either she is not the person paying for viewbots or the viewership is from a 1 pixel by 1 pixel imbed of her stream on an unrelated website. Either way it does not really effect her ad revenue because the ads are often blank.
I am not entirely sure what the purpose of the Twitch streams would be except to attract a trickle of real viewers to her premium sites.

There's no ad-revenue from bot views and the kind of streams she does is the bottom of the barrel already. So the little genuine views she generates barely buys her a steak diner. Twitch don't care as long as the content doesn't violate their ToS, reruns or not, it doesn't matter.
