Wow I agree, URPM is amazing! Just tried my first txt2img gens using the same prompts but different name obviously and took out all the MCU stuff.

Any tips on getting the face to look more accurate to the person named in the prompts?

is high freq noise due to upscaling? Great results otherwise

Yes, the noise can eventually happen when upscaling, though I am still experimenting.
Most of the time I don't go too high beyond 512x712 as my base resolution.
When I go further beyond to ~650x900 it starts rendering in extra torsos and limbs with every 2. or 3. render regardless of the negative prompts I put in.....and I don't always have the patience to run it several times.
512x712 is basically my most comfortable base resolution/format.

As an experiment, here are a few ones I did just now at a higher base resolution.
640x896, upscaled x3 with ESRGAN_4x as both Upscaler 1&2 (in the Extra tab of Automatic1111) and Upscaler2/GFPGAN set to max.
