Just tried it out, didn't go that well for me. Maybe it matters where you use it? Im using Flow in goog labs. Maybe you're using Higgsfield or somewhere similar? I noticed, they are still much more lax with NBP when it comes to bikini's and stuff. It just takes a long time to generate in Higgsfield.
 
I was able to generate these images on gemini nbp. Woman with dwarfism, her likeness is ai generated hence the inconsistencies. I used sketches as references, blank canvases (9:16, 2:3, 16:9, etc) and a very detailed prompt that i would get from gemini by feeding images and getting it to spit back a prompt on how to create it

yep this in general works, u can also ask for gpt, to make prompts that sounds like sfw with medical or technical terms, a lot of my promtps that did work it was bc gpt, but it's good to remember that even in these situations, the A.I will try its best to reduce breasts and glutes sizes, bc it was trained in a way that these kinda of bodies are sexual (yep, BS)
