Yes, I've found it needs just the right cutoff point at the hips. Also angle of the body and her facial expression. I worked on the prompts more yesterday with some success. Here's an updated t2i prompt:
"A young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing wire-rimmed glasses, with b-cup breasts, abducted thighs, and a black bow over her vagina. She's leaning back on her bed with pillows behind her, resting on her elbows behind her, looking down at the camera with an open mouth. The setting is a soft, intimate, cozy bedroom with lots of pillows and a pink and white floral pattern on the bed.
'Leaning back on her bed... resting on her elbows behind her' and 'open mouth' have helped to get some better image generations, but it still requires just the right position. Still a work in progress and without being able to crop images (as far as I know) it gets tricky. Not an easy process by any means.
Nonetheless, occasionally you'll get some gems:

She leans back on her bed with pillows behind her, propped on her hands, leaning forward, looking up at the camera with an open mouth. The camera view is from above. The camera is attached to her abdomen, recording from that perspective. She looks down; the shot is a POV type shot from below the abdomen, with quick, jerky movements. It only focuses on her face, always from the abdomen's point of view. She's panting from exhaustion. Makes loud, high-pitched noises. No music, only natural sounds.
HI! This is great! Have you tried to use behaviors and feelings, instead of requesting a body part position or requesting sounds?
By my personal experience, I could assure that stating a character's behavior and feelings works a lot better to get realistic outcomes with a higher success rate with what you want to achieve here (including sound).
EX.: "She is extremely passionate and anxious", "Aggressive physical motion" , "Feels overwhelmed"
This creates a "Sex drive" and a "lustful mannerism" that makes the character moves with ample range with a higher chance of flashing genitals and even penetrations.
You can use it for the character itself or the second character, or both.
Of course, this works when generating images or videos as well.
Summarizing:
Behaviors + feeling = Higher Sex drive and better grok's interpretation of intercourse itself + according sound effect.
Body parts positioning and forced expression and sound effect requests can be omitted. This helps the AI interpreter to focus on other more important things.
